The staff, specifically Chloe, have been a Godsend!! Over 3 months of therapy got me from tears to smiles again. Through the daily exercises, coupled with treatment from my pain doc, I can proudly say I am back to walking as exercise, I can stand for more than 5 mins and now that I am getting flexibility back, I am back to losing weight! Imaging was fast and friendly. Lady that did ultrasound was very nice. She did a great job. Blood work was also great. Did not hurt and they found my vein right away, not always the case at some places. Elvira took my blood and was so nice. Talked with me the whole time to take my mind off the bloodwork. Because I had 2 appointments I had to wait in between, which is expected. The original lady that checked me in came over in between to make sure I had been seen. I was thankful and honestly do not always see someone like that who cares and wants you to be helped right away. So happy with everyone I was in contact with at BayCare. Definitely recommend this place. They do so much from regular care, imaging, blood, rehab, fitness. Very clean and modern inside.
