I lover her friendly and informative bedside manner and her confident adjustment techniques (which I find comforting in a person I'm paying to twist my neck... just saying.). I started seeing Jamie last December after an ugly car accident that left my neck and shoulders sore, and also made me feel off and kind of cruddy for weeks. Jamie put together a year-long care plan that would correct my injuries from the accident and other neck issues that I knew, but didn't know I had... if that makes sense. Jamie also has this move that I describe as "the pretzel move", that adjusts my lower back (another painful area for me) and I leave her office practically skipping afterwards. My appointments are never super time consuming, which is nice when you need to be in and out and continue on with your day or get back to work. Everyone on staff is very friendly and accommodating; especially Lanita, the receptionist who patiently deals with my calls to reschedule appointments when things come up. Shes great! She has helped me with my low back, sciatica and neck issues and every time I leave I have so much more energy also I feel I breathe better.
