They called my name, took someone else in my place, and told me quite rudely "go sit down: it will be fine." I waited 10 more minutes and left, after confirming I would not be charged to sit in their waiting room over an hour. Not the way I want to be treated by any healthcare provider!

At the time of scheduling I had to call BCBS and and verify approval because my prescribing doctor is from Naval Station Guantanamo. I had BCBS approval. Yesterday, 10:30, continuing my drive from Jacksonville to Missouri, the Imaging Center calls to verify my appointment (that I was going to be there) which I responded "certainly".
