I ended up buying a sight pusher tool for 75. Another time I called them for a quote on a cerakote, they emailed me back the first time but never responded to the follow up email. I've visited their store several times, since I live in Maple Shade, and they act like they didnt care about my business. Not to mention their ammo prices are double what you pay at Cheyenne. Overall, its a shame they have such bad customer service because they're so close by. But I would rather drive 40 mins to Bordentown, I've bought 10 guns from there the last year and had zero issues.

Called them up, talked and got confirmation i could bring it in because the boss was in today, told them the time id be there, when i arrived the boss had left 1 minute prior to me arriving, said they couldnt do anything but took photos and said theyd call me back, never called back, came in a month later to ask about the gun, they completely forgot, and gave me an offer of $600, i was completely insulted, what a total waste of time, not to mention the attitude every gun store employee has when you browse the selection or make small talk, overall one of my worst experiences, go to bobs little sport shop or cheyenne, much better experience.

It's a process in NJ but it worked out for me. I've bought several firearms, some from UT and some transferred from an online store, and I've never once had a problem. Staff has always been super friendly to me when I come in. I'm not sure what the other reviewer here was complaining about.
