I had gotten braces when I was around 11-12 years old and as an adolescent, I should have had the chance to fix any jaw problems. I am now 20 years old and my overbite/TMJ is now being taken care of by another orthodontist. Initially when I had gotten my braces removed, I told the Doctor that my overbite was still there, and he goes to tell me that "there's nothing that can be done more." On the other hand, my new orthodontist says that there are still many possibilities to fix my bite. I've had several MRI's after removing my braces and the tech has found that both joints on both sides of my jaw have been dislocated. I should not be having to deal with any bite/jaw issues after FIVE years of braces. Since the day I've removed my braces, I've dealt with grinding, clicking of the jaw, locking, and it won't stop. The amount of money I've fished out for oral surgeons is ridiculous since this practice hadn't done their job right. Highly disappointed.

My husband took them this time, and all hell broke loose! they were on time, he went to the window to sign them in, and the receptionist thew a clipboard at him with papers attached saying something about new registration he said no Ms.my kids have been here before, so instead of the receptionist not trying to be cute an get up out the chair to look for the charts she didnt. He refused to re register them sitting in that hott ass office knowing they been there before so the receptionist denied the kids visits. In wich they missed a day of school for cause we live no where near here, and let me add it was 90plus degrees out an they dont have air conditioning or a fan. So when they got back and i called then they realized what had happend.... Well had she only got up out of that chair to check .None of this would had happend! Their service Sucks, and they are extremely rude an unprofessional. were do they find these people?

From day one, Dr. Klatte, and his entire time were consistently gentle, kind, and patient (even with my goofy antics in the chair). They always took the time to explain what was happening, what to expect next, and why, which made a huge difference and built so much trust throughout the process. I genuinely never dreaded an appointment (which says a lot when braces are involved). Every visit felt welcoming, calm, and well-run, and I always left feeling well taken care of by Lynn and Veronica, and confident in the plan. Now that my braces are off, I'm actually happy knowing I'll still be coming back for retainer checks, that's how great this team is. If you're considering orthodontic treatment and want a practice that combines expertise with real compassion and communication, Klatte Orthodontics is it. Highly, highly recommend.

I've overheard him talking to other patients and parents and everytime I was even more confident in the decision I made to come to his office. I've come to terms with the fact that 95% of places that you come into for an appointment are going to have a wait time, but I was pleastly surprised that my wait time was usually less that 10 minutes. I also never had an issue with getting an appointment...which was always a relief since my schedule can be pretty hectic with 2 kids. I finished up my treatment and I'm so glad I chose Klatte Orthodontics. My smile is everything I could've hoped for. Thank you Dr. Klatte, and thank you so much to your staff as well!!

My first experience involved the booking of a cleaning when the hygienist was on maternity leave. I sat and waited for my appointment only to be informed of this by the dentist. When I told the dentist I was unaware and mainly booked the appointment for this reason she spoke with the office manager who lied to my face saying she did. I let out go because mistakes happen and just rebooked for a cleaning. My next experience was for a cleaning and a filling. After leaving the office I was flossing maybe 2 days after the appointment and I noticed a hole still in my tooth for the same area that was to be serviced for my filling. I called back and was given no apologies. Fast forward to today and I just had the same office manager yelling in the phone with myself and my health insurance in a very unprofessional way. She was telling me and the insurance that we were lying and is denying refunding my money. So not only has this affected me financially but I still have a cavity in my front tooth. I am livid! I never right reviews but I took the time to write this one. I will also be filling a grievance with my insurance company as well as the better business bureau. DentaLux is done getting chances from me. You just lost a potential customer for life.

After they repaired it, I started experiencing severe sensitivity -- to the point where I couldn't even drink water or eat anything with temperature. I went back the very next day and was told it would go away with time and that I should brush with Sensodyne. Months went by, and the problem never fully improved. In May 2025, I returned, and they said there was an overlap on the filling that needed to be corrected. I had it redone, and for a short time, the sensitivity eased. Then, about three months later, I developed excruciating pain that made it impossible to eat, sleep, or function normally. After several visits, they prescribed painkillers and antibiotics, and finally told me I needed a root canal. My root canal was scheduled for September 20, 2025, but the office called the day before to cancel, saying the insurance preauthorization was still under review. When I asked what could be done, they told me I could pay $800 upfront and that I would be reimbursed once insurance paid. I called my insurance company, and they informed me that Yes Dental was not supposed to charge for a crown since that service had not been done. When I went in to talk about the issue, the office manager was extremely rude, talked over me, and even disrespected my mother, who was there with me and simply trying to correct something the manager said incorrectly. The staff and even one of the dentists made inappropriate comments -- one even suggested that maybe it was my age causing my dental issues, which was uncalled for and unprofessional. I've never had dental issues before visiting this office, but since going there, I've had nothing but pain, stress, and frustration. Yes Dental shows no professionalism, no empathy, and no accountability for their mistakes. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this office at all costs.
