Yet, I get told I can no longer be seen at that office. Meanwhile, my root canal is now infected due to a temp that keeps popping off and a permanent crown barely hanging on on the other side. My mouth is in so much pain due to this, and still I'm not allowed to be seen. I've never been so upset with a dental office. This was my first dental office up here since moving here from Texas . She then proceeded to tell me a different amount that I needed to pay. I said my son has 2 insurances I shouldnt have to pay anything. She said when you have a new insurance u need to call us. When I asked to speak with a supervisor conveinently she isnt available. This isnt the first time that I have had a bad experience with staff here. As someone who works in the medical field you cannot take things personally. My son is at the practice to get a crown and he is nervous and was crying in the car here. I also want to outline that, as a parent, I am not comfortable having my daughter in a room with strangers while she is semi-conscious. I work in a field where we tell parents NOT to allow their children to be in a room with adults they do not know. Throughout the years there have been checkups, fillings, sealants and a lot of undivided attention to detail. You can tell she truly loves what she does and you can sense her genuine interest in every component of your visit. She makes children feel safe with her reassuring mannerisms. My kids now know the truth, but when they were little, they had no idea that they were administered Novocain "injections".......yes, she's THAT good! They never felt a thing. The atmosphere is bright and clean. You are greeted with an array of colors and 3D adorableness around every corner. The staff is so welcoming with their "hellos" as they escort you to one of the magical exam rooms. Every dental hygienist takes great care and engages with the patient while all along including "mom" in the visit. They are truly fantastic at what they do, and for that I am grateful. I must admit, our favorite is Sue. She and Dr. Champion have watched my children grow up so they make great effort to catch up on the last 6 months in between checkups. Dr. Champion goes above and beyond in her care. I'm always in awe of her. Just yesterday my son reported for his routine 6 month checkup but saw that he had a problem and immediately changed her schedule to take care of him right away. She could not "let him leave like that", is what she said, and she didn't. She fixed his smile so that he could regain a confidence that only Dr. Champion realized was needed. Not only that, she spoke to "him" reassuring him that he could call her at any time to let her know how the repair was lasting. She really wanted to ensure my son "stays" okay. She is a gift to us, adored by my children and myself, and all who encounter her great compassion and care. They let her climb into the chair where she found Curious George waiting for her viewing pleasure. Once the Dr and assistant came in, they asked what she wanted to watch and put Peppa Pig on. Dr Monika was amazing. She took a few minutes to ask me about my daughters daily habits and what she eats and drinks. Gave me some very wonderful and helpful suggestions to get my daughter to brush at night. She then showed my daughter her "toys" (her dental instruments) and let her touch them and play with them for a few minutes. She was so gentle and sweet and really wonderful with my daughter. Moved to Moorestown last year to be near family and needed to find a new dentist. After asking for…read morereferrals from family and friends, I chose Dr. John Tiffany following hearing multiple recommendations. I needed an annual cleaning, surface composite bonding resin removal and replacement from previous procedure that was done 7 years ago, and finally, a crown for one of my lower molars that had cracked. The entire evolution required three visits; First visit involved the initial consult and teeth cleaning during which options and procedures were discussed; second visit, a few days later, was scheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes during which my cracked lower molar was prepared for the permanent crown, a temporary crown was placed, and my composite surface resin was removed and replaced. The third and final visit lasted only 15 minutes during which the permanent porcelain crown was cemented on in place of the temporary. The surface resin result is outstanding. Dr. Tiffany used a bit of artistry in blending the edges of the bonding material so the front teeth look flawless and natural. This was a big improvement over the previous job completed years earlier by a less skilled dentist. The permanent crown fits superbly and looks great. No more gray metallic filling showing when I smile. The office is friendly, competent, clean and easily accessible in the old town area of Moorestown. Dr. Tiffany's practice has safe COVID-19 protocols in place including a professional grade air filtering system in the exam room. The team ensures you are comfortable, informed, and treated professionally throughout the visit.
