He claims my cabinets were old. Please look at the design of my cabinets and understand there is no way my cabinets are that old!! He even has cabinet pictures on his yelp page that are much older... My home has never been lived in a permanently and very well taken care. These are ALL excuses for poor work by him. If they were in such bad shape why did he take the job????? And where is his proof of how bad they were?? Please note his tools were NOT damaged. How can they be damaged in a week by sitting in a garage???? Even if I got $3500 (new) as he claims they are worth, which I couldn't get because they are used and NOT well taken care of! Happy to show pictures.. It still WOULDN'T cover what I have to do to fix his mess!! It will cost me MUCH more! I'm happy Lucio has taken this as a business loss as this is a personal loss for me!! read more

Very responsive to set up a time to meet and review the job and to provide a timely quote. 2. The quote itself was good at detailing the scope of the job so that there were no questions on what was covered. The quote was good and fair. 3. Quality grade Sherwin Williams paint was used on all exterior surfaces. 4. Prep work to patch gaping holes and cracks in walls in addition to priming was outstanding! The paint job before didn't use primer so that sheets of peeling paint had to be removed. Lucio's team fully prepped all surfaces: power washed, scraped, patched and primed. They covered all backyard hard scape around the painted areas...which was appreciated. 5. The quality of the job was excellent with all edges cut in perfectly. 6. Communication along the way was very responsive. The first job was repainting our Palm Springs home. While it was just white paint, the care they took really blew us away. The second job was painting a vintage airstream-- and they NAILED IT.
