Out of desperation, I reached out to them. It turned out to be one of our best decisions. The Alpine Clinic returned our call within 24 hours, and scheduled a consult within 72 hours. Prior to the consultation, an x-ray was ordered same day and post consultation they said they may have to wait until Monday for an MRI. After 15 minutes, the nurse returned and said they could fit an MRI. Within one appointment, all three tasks were completed. Surgery was promptly scheduled. 12 year old, full ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair was completed by Dr. Kauffman. He called later in the evening, after his 12 hour shift and our family could not have been more grateful for that. What a kind gesture to check-in once the clock stopped. Wonderful staff, knowledgeable team - Overall extremely impressed with everyone's hard work to take care of my baby. There's a long road to recovery but I know they're supporting us every step of the way!

The thing that made this conversation different is that I'm currently on Wegovy losing three pounds a week so he said he'll see me in 10-12 weeks when I'm 250lbs or less!

I live about an hour from Nashua and so after all that I had already done, I felt that that was it was inappropriate for them to not refund my money for for this ineffective device fitted by a person who didn't know what they were doing, and then they were argumentative with me about this about the request to be refunded for that portion of the bill it just didn't seem fair at all to me and I paid them in full, but to my regret it's a loss. I was concerned…read moreabout the procedure being claustrophobic but it wasn't bad because my head was outside the unit. The procedure took 20 minutes. It was a series of short tests and not one long one. The technician did her best to accommodate my type music which is non-mainstream and 80's. Before having the MRI, I also addressed a lower back problem on the RIGHT side with NHOC.. That evening, in bed, I could not get comfortable because my lower back on the LEFT side was now hurting. Mostly in the area of the SI Joint. As of this review, a week later), my pain is still there. I'm not sure if the machine caused the problem or something the technician did. All I know is that I did not have this new back problem before the MRI.

So the labs and the radiology check in processed and procedures are handled very well and very professionally. They generally run on time and observe privacy. The waiting areas are clean. Now let's talk about the ER. I came in by ambulance with an intestinal blockage. They put me SITTING UP in the waiting room (which has no security and smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana). The sitting up position caused already terribly pain to become much worse. Finally, I was taken to the ER and given a comfortable clean room. The nurses were quite professional and kind (OK, the nurses get 5 stars), so I guess I would give the ER 1 star for that. It's diverticulitis and I know this because it's happened before but they run all of the tests needed to make sure. That's fine and good. Before that the doctor has them put morphine into my IV line even though I specifically asked for no opioid pain medication. So, ended up all woozy from that and then she gives me an antibiotic called Cipro (after the tests come back) without talking to me about any of the possible side effects or anything. She prescribed me more pain killers and more Cipro and send me home. My husband got all of the prescriptions and dropped the pain killers in the bin at Walmart. The Cipro gave me terrible hives and tinnitus. So, the diverticulitis is now cleared. The hives have cleared but I'm left hearing what sounds like peeps constantly. I should have been warned. I should have asked, but I should have been warned. I won't let my guard down again. One more thing. There are safer alternatives and medical guidelines now emphasize avoiding fluoroquinolones when safer alternatives exist. I guess the doctor didn't go to that class.
