I paid $38 to be handed an envelope of blank gray rectangles and then told it was my fault…read more I dropped off a disposable camera for development. A week later I picked up my prints, went to my truck, and opened the envelope. Multiple frames were completely blank. Not underexposed, not dark, just featureless gray. No image whatsoever. Several more were so faded they might as well have been. I walked back in immediately. The employee looked at the negatives and, rather than offer any acknowledgment or accommodation, told me I "needed more light" and should have "used a better camera." This response is both condescending and completely beside the point. My complaint was not that some photos turned out poorly... that's the nature of film. My complaint is that they printed and charged me for frames that contained absolutely nothing. Here's the part that's genuinely indefensible: at no point during the development process did anyone contact me to flag that a significant portion of the roll appeared blank. A five-second phone call like "Hey, several of these frames look empty, do you still want prints?" would have been the bare minimum of professional courtesy. They didn't make that call. They printed everything, charged me for everything, and then refused even a PARTIAL refund when I raised the issue. Charging a customer to print blank frames and then talking down to them about it is a remarkable combination of poor service and bad attitude. Do not bring your film here.

The staff at Traverse Repro is knowledgeable and professional. I've used them several times to print one-off poster-sized color images that I've then had them mount to foam core. WORST HOURS EVER!!?? 10:30-2:30 then 4:30-5:30 WTF?…read more What business that actually cares about it's customers has hours like this? Then a disgusting & grungy service center(feels like a cattle chute) with rude employees when they are actually open. UPS treats you like they're doing you a favor taking your packages instead of realizing the would not exist without US IT'S CUSTOMERS. Fedex or hell even the post office are 100 times better in every way including shipping costs in my experience. I had no choice since I had a pre-paid Amazon label. If my item had not fit in the tiny overstuffed drop off box I would've had to drive many miles to another. If my package had been larger I'd have been just plain screwed since it had to be shipped that day due to an expiring label. I was there at 3:30 pm on a Thursday a completely logical time for any other business to be open. I hope Amazon stops shipping with you and they're own shipping service severely hurts your business or even better shuts you down. Your complete disregard for your customers and the well documented disdain your company has shown for it's non management employees is a stain on the landscape of American business.
