My family has had to go to the urgent care in Belgrade 3 times and have great experiences with all the staff. Very knowledgeable. I personally have had 2 procedures this year and was treated very well. The nurses, doctors, and ancillary staff were so kind and made my stay amazing. A big shout out to the Dr Meier and Dr Hape for their care. The imaging department and endoscopy department really took great care of me also. Dr Hayasaka and Dr Dee are the best anesthesiologists.

DO NOT COME HERE. the absolute worst doctors i have ever met! they do not care about you what so…read moreever! i went here because i was having issues hearing out of my right ear and was wondering if its ear wax built up, she said no everything's fine she doesn't know why. i ended up having a ruptured eardrum a few days after and lost my hearing completely in my right ear. i am only 18 years old and im already deaf in one ear. i also went in for other reasons, they told me its cat allergies. i asked how long i can use flonase for and he said forever, it doesn't cause any issues. the box literally says it causes glaucoma and multiple other issues if you use it longer than 6 months! he gave me a steroid cream for eczema told me i can put it on my face if i need, meanwhile the box says DO NOT PUT IT ON YOUR FACE. it causes skin thinning, visible broken capillaries, and striae which is lines on your face. i can't express into words how much hate i have for this place. they are the worst, most heartless doctors i have ever met. they don't care about anything except getting you out as fast they can. they have a 10 minute limit with each patient and THAT IS RIDICULOUS.

Under my insurance plan, my urgent care copay should be $75. The facility is affiliated with Bozeman Health, which is in-network for my coverage. There was no indication at the time of service that this would be treated as out-of-network. As a result, I am now spending significant time and effort trying to correct what appears to be a billing or administrative error that should have been addressed before the claim was submitted. When I called to resolve the issue, the interaction was unhelpful and unfriendly, which only added to the frustration. Patients should not have to navigate billing confusion or feel dismissed when seeking clarification about substantial charges. I strongly encourage the facility to review both its insurance processing procedures and its customer service practices. Accurate billing and professional communication are essential components of patient care.

Dr. Gannon has quite the reputation around Bozeman, I have learned this week. My husband fell…read more1,000 ft while skiing the Gullies almost two weeks ago, and was rushed to the hospital with a broken femur. Dr. Gannon was on call and performed his surgery that same evening, implanting a titanium rod in his right leg and securing this with a few screws. Throughout our 9 day hospital stay, Dr. Gannon was thorough, patient and in no rush to move us out of the hospital until our patient was ready to be transferred to a rehab facility in town. I can't say enough about the level of care and service which were provided by Dr. Gannon. As I popped into restaurants and shops throughout town during the week, I have heard many more complements to Dr. Gannon by others who have personally worked with him, or have had friends or relatives have surgery performed by him. In a town like Bozeman, he certainly has a lot of experience putting together broken bones and replacing hips!! Great ortho MD!!
