Dr. Carson and his team take such incredible care of their patients. I started seeing them when I was 28 weeks pregnant with my first child. I had a rib out of place and couldn't comfortably breath for several days. Finally on a Saturday morning, it was much worse and I decided to do something about it. I called them at 7:30am thinking I wouldn't be able to get in until Monday and they said they could see me as early as 9am that day! I felt drastic relief within a few minutes! My husband, myself, and our 2 children have all seen Dr. Carson for wellness care. They have a flexible schedule and such welcoming staff. Our 2 year old actually gets excited for his adjustment when we pull into the parking lot, and that is because of the purposeful care and willingness to see things through that Dr. Carson provides. I was on travel - 2500 miles away from home - only having one day in Bozeman to hopefully take care of my misaligned back, neck, L-elbow, both knees, both shoulders, and feet! Yes, I am getting old... I get myself adjusted, so I can still be active. I called the office and was able to have an appointment in the early afternoon. Dr. Hoell was wonderful. He listened with patience and understanding. Made all the adjustments....When I was at the payment desk, I still felt that my neck in one place still wasn't right. I started going to Bozeman Back and Neck after a work related back injury. I had never been to a Chiropractor previously and was in a lot of pain. The staff and "Docs" were all helpful and friendly, and after a few visits my pain was greatly relieved.
