At least twice I've ended up getting an unsolicited refund when someone realizes I've been over charged. Couple years ago I got a new machine. When I ordered it they told me that my insurance didn't cover everything, but the charges would be waived. They were not. So, every month I got a bill. Amount was arbitrary and I got tired of paying and called to ask how long would I be paying? "Once you pay this one, your done!" I pay it, and get another bill. I call again, same answer I tell them I've heard this before and they assure me, this is it. Guess what, I get another bill. I didn't pay it for two months and they start calling harassing me. Finally, I pay it, and they call again demanding I pay. I love the line of "if you don't pay now, how do you purpose to pay? I get home, check my statement and the payment had cleared. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! No, Rick, I want nothing to do with your company!!

We purchased a used Bruno SRE-3000 and have it partially installed. We had it operational before installing it. We can't get the charger to go from Red to Yellow or green. And no local stairlift companies will help us because it's a used unit. We really need help, Thank you, Steve & Ginger Huckins Curtis, That would be great as long as you service the Troy area. I just need help, the chair worked great before I took it off the rail to install the rail. I am having the darnest time getting any sort of help. Because it's a used unit. Long story short. Then when I initially put the chair on I did a break a part but I found it on line & replaced it. It was the SRE-30035. Then I put the chair back on the rail with that assembly & the cover off, so I could see and not damage that again. We just moved here and I'm just trying to make it so my wife can access the basement. Thank you, Steve & Ginger Huckins Unfortunately we are located in the Kansas City area and that's outside of our normal service area. However, I'm guessing from what you're telling me that you may have blown the fuse when taking the motor off the rail. If so it's a 5amp mini blade fuse which is located on the carriage of the motor. This fuse can be purchased at just about any auto parts store. Hopefully this information helps you out. Curtis, YES, YES, it was the fuse. Thank you, Thank you A 1000 thank you's. But, because of its proximity to my house and convenience of ordering a calendar there, I placed an order for pickup. It came in a few days ago, I got one email confirming it was ready for pickup, and I headed in today. The woman at the counter asked for my last name, and then didn't listen as I spelled it for her. She looked under the wrong name for ages, typed in my name (maybe incorrectly, after I confirmed it twice for her), and then simply said "We don't have your order" and stared at me. She didn't ask a question, just looked at me like I was stupid. So I pulled up the confirmation email and confirmed that I placed the order over 2 weeks ago and that it likely may have been there for a few days, then showed her my order number and said "It was definitely ordered to this location." She told me to calm down as though I had raised my voice when I hadn't. So my sister said to her, "Ma'am, she is giving you the info you need so you can find her order. She hasn't raised her voice." Her snark increased when I confirmed - for probably the third time - that it was a calendar placed for pickup and she realized it was probably shipped there, since they don't make most of their products in house anymore. She hadn't asked me the right questions to get to that conclusion in the first place, but she definitely wasn't listening when I calmly explained what I had ordered to help her. She brought my box out of the closet, asked me if I paid for it - which, in the past you pay when you pick up so I told her "Your system should say if I have a balance due but I did enter my cc info when I purchased it." She started handing it to me, but then pulled it back like she planned to keep it or something. I can't believe I just had a tug of war moment with a Walgreens employee over a gift for my mom that I paid for well in advance because she got confused over her own system. She didn't scan the barcode or mark anything picked up. She shooed us away from the counter when she knew we had to check the calendar for quality - I perched on a nearby precarious tower of alcohol - and I can tell you right now she had already been snippy with a group of girls who came in behind us about what they needed for passport photos because I heard their conversation. Having worked in retail, I understand the holiday struggle. But the attitude from a customer service rep when I was problem solving after being told my custom item wasn't there was insane. You don't just tell people their item isn't in the system and then give up. People around me noted her behavior, and it was unnecessary. I was trying to make it easier for her to find something and she ended up truly making this trip such a bad experience that I may stop going to Walgreens altogether.

    If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars I would. The only thing this location is good for is a…read moreconvenience store. Prescriptions are never ready in a reasonable amount of time. I've been asked to come back 24hrs later for critical medication. I've had to wait over an hour for scheduled vaccine appointments and the pharmacy staff is generally rude no matter what time of day or week.
