This business has decided that what their customers want most when they need medical imaging done is to go through the process of applying for a job online. While uploading your documents you will be asked to type out all the information located on your health insurance card and then you will be asked to upload the front and back of your health insurance card 3 different times in 3 different places, and then when you get to the facility, guess what they're gonna ask you for? They're going to ask you for your health insurance card! why did you have me upload 3 distinct copies of the front and back of my health insurance card only to have me provided in person. What was the purpose of that ridiculous exercise in time wasting? But wait! There's more! Why are you visiting us? For X-rays! What kind? How would I know that's why the doctor gave me a script. You read the script , not me. I can't read doctor chickenscratch. You've asked me to upload scans of the scripts. Once, twice, oh look another document you're asking for triplicate plus a description? Why? Why are you like this! Do I have nothing better to do? Obviously nothing better to do that express my frustration with the lack of care given to the consumer on all fronts.

They didn't ask for insurance is anything. After being charged $300, we were given no receipt or anything. I called my insurance and they advised that was very bizarre. I then called Harding who told me that the claim wasn't processed and I needed to be patient (this was from a month ago). Cigna advised me it should be covered 100%. I have a feeling it's going to be a fight to get my refund from Harding. As much as I love my OBGYN, I'll be looking for another as long as they use Harding. Too much of a headache to deal with.

At my last appointment they had both gone and I was treated to a hatchet job of a mammogram. Like a total hatchet job. I complained to the owner at the time. Some weeks after I received a letter in the mail saying that a lump had been found. No phone call. Just a delayed letter. I called and receptionist said that legally they have 30 days to tell you that you have a lump (ie possible cancer). Would anyone out there find this acceptable? No, I didn't think so. In case you are worried, I got a second opinion who said the Harding mammogram was done so badly it was unreadable. I got the tests redone.

    I had a very frustrating experience with ImageCare Center at Morristown and would not recommend…read morethem based on how billing concerns are handled. I had imaging done in August of 2025 and was never informed that the facility was not Tier 1 under my insurance or that multiple studies would be performed during the same visit. I later received a bill for nearly $1,000. I submitted a formal dispute and followed up multiple times over the course of several months. No one responded to my emails. Instead of addressing the issue, the account was sent to collections while it was still under dispute. This entire situation took nearly 8 months to resolve, required multiple phone calls across different departments, and caused significant and unnecessary stress. While the balance was eventually reduced after escalation, it only happened after the account had already been sent to collections, and I am still not satisfied with the outcome. Overall, this experience reflected a lack of transparency, poor communication, and a failure to address patient concerns in a timely and appropriate manner. Patients should be clearly informed of potential costs and insurance implications before services are performed, and disputes should be handled before accounts are escalated to collections. I strongly recommend asking detailed questions and confirming coverage and facility tier status before receiving care here.
