They have plotter. You are paying good money anyways, and want it to last for years, this is hopefully an one time thing for you anyways so I'd say it is worth driving there even if you live a few hours away. As someone who had tinting done in Bellevue area and also paid top dollar for tinting there, the difference is night and day. I guess some businesses just don't have the skill and talent even if they try and seem to be nice otherwise. Well, at this place you get 100% of what you pay for - a perfect tint that you do once and the problem is taken care of. And this is small family business and Jake does all the work himself, and from the reviews I can see that they have been around for at least 6 years now, and I can tell from speaking to Jake that he is enthusiastic about the work as if this is the first year that they opened. He is a professional who likes what he does and can be proud of his work. I love that! I will be bringing all my future cars here, even if I would need to do some driving. By the way, check out their IR blocking transparent (no tint) film for the untinted areas. It works surprisingly well!!!

After a week of not hearing back I had to call to receive the estimate, which was on their computer, just not sent. At the same time I asked to remove a part of the work originally requested. Was told that would occur, but it didn't. 3 stars. Workers: Very efficient and accurate. Kept me informed of changes they needed to make. Their work order was not the updated version of the estimate so they were prepared to do work I didn't want, but I was able to intervene. They did a great job very quickly. 5 stars. Billing: The bill I received had work on it that hadn't been done. I was told the bill was the same as if the extra work had been done, which made no sense because it would have required more time and more material. I wasn't able to get the bill revised. 2 stars. All in all, 4 stars is a bit generous.

I decided to try Aardvark after having used another service for many years. I requested windows,…read morescreens and tracks cleaned. Two guys arrived on time. One worked inside, the other outside. They charge per window panel, which I have 22. They were finished in 30 minutes, which seemed very quick. At first glance the windows looked great. I failed to open and look at each window while they were still here. Subsequently I've seen that they didn't remove the screens to clean them so the screen frames are not clean. It appears they merely quickly wiped out the window tracks because mud was left. The guys that did the work were very nice and considerate so no fault there. I think the cost was way out of line for 30 minutes and incomplete job. 3 stars is somewhat generous.
