I did my due dilligence and came across Conquest Credit. I contacted Danny and thats the precise moment my financial life began to improve. Danny helped tailor a strategy and a payment plan that I was comfortable with, and never once has there been any hidden fee or extra charges. In fact Danny has donethink more than I paid him for. When i started to see real results, which was quickly, i referred my wife and also a close friend. In about 10 months my wife and i have gone from a FICO of 540 to just under 700. I had been a loyal client of this tax company since 2017. Not only did I trust them with my…read morebusiness, but I went the extra mile to bring them to my brow classes as a special host, where they educated my students on taxes. Many of my students became their clients, which was great for their business--thanks to me. Fast forward to 2024, when I experienced a life-changing car accident. I had to pause their services temporarily because I wasn't sure if I'd even be able to work again, let alone pay for taxes. After a few months of recovery, I was ready to restart our services. But instead of welcoming back a loyal, long-term client, I was slapped in the face with an outrageous demand: my rate would jump from $610 a month to $995 and they insisted I prepay the remainder of the year and all of 2025--an insane total of $9,760! It honestly felt like they just wanted to fire me as a client. To make things worse, they marked my business as SUSPENDED after terminating me as a client. Oh and wait, when I asked to speak to the owner, Louie Vasquez, someone I had trusted for years, they flat-out told me he doesn't handle this anymore and I wouldn't be able to talk to him. After everything I had done for this company, they didn't even have the decency to let me have a conversation with the person I had worked with from the start. This company clearly doesn't care about loyalty, nor do they value their long-standing clients. They're more interested in squeezing as much money out of people as they can. If you're looking for a company that cares about you or your business--look elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Other company's could do what they do for much cheaper. $750 to…read morehave them do your taxes. I've been to other places who can do what they do AND get me more money back for $150. This company tacks on BOGUS and ERRONEOUS charges and try to get away with it. I apparently paid for an hour meeting with my CPA that cost $275. Let's make it clear, I've never seen or spoke to my CPA. Couldn't even tell you what she looks or sounds like. But according to them, this so-called "meeting" occurred and that is included in the $750 bill statement. If by 1 hour meeting, they're referring to the survey that was emailed to me and I filled out in 10 minutes and emailed back to them, then I'm being charged $275 to tell them about myself on a sheet of paper. Additionally, despite filling out the survey and sending the appropriate documents AND telling her to not hesitate calling me with questions, my CPA seemed to forget that I purchased a house and did not include that in my taxes. I immediately made her aware and she made sure to charge me an additional $150 for having to "redo my taxes". What's disappointing in all of this is that they will not admit to any of their mistakes. Despite several phone calls that go straight to voicemail and emails that went ignored for months, they had the nerve to email me ONCE just once with the same bill statement AND added charges! An additional $72 in late fees. Which I find odd, because despite the original bill I received and questioned, I never EVER heard from them again whether it via mail or electronically. It was to the best of my knowledge resolved seeing that after my most recent email questioning all their bogus charges went ignored - I was to assume they dropped my bill and recognized their error. I think I've made more contact with them regarding this outlandish bill, than they EVER did in doing my taxes. I'd like to add that I have never made an negative Yelp review, let alone a yelp review AT ALL, but this horrendous business and their less than par service could not go ignored and I did not want anyone else to be used and abused by this so called CPA Firm. Lesson learned, go elsewhere to someone who cares more about their customer than squeezing every dime out of an innocent woman. $750 bill for: all of maybe 3 days spent doing my taxes ($325), an invisible meeting I apparently was at ($275), and to have them fix a simple mistake they made ($150). I WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!
