You can tell right away that he takes great pride in his work and in running his business. He took the time to carefully inspect our home, answer all of our questions, and explain everything in detail, making sure my wife and I felt informed and comfortable. His pricing is very fair, and the level of service is above and beyond what we have experienced elsewhere. Morgan is not just an exterminator, he is a small business owner who genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. We truly appreciated the time, care, and professionalism he showed. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. I would recommend Morgan to anyone, whether it is a home or a commercial property, looking for reliable and effective pest and rodent control. Fantastic experience from start to finish!

Summit's website says, "We won't leave you hanging or pass you on to another provider if your…read moresituation proves challenging." Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened to us. We hired Summit to address rodents in our attic. When we continued hearing squeaking and gnawing, one employee suggested it was a bathroom exhaust fan--even though the bathroom didn't even have an exhaust fan. We ultimately paid Summit to perform exclusion work, but the following year a rodent got into the exact same area. When I asked Summit to inspect their prior work, they refused, saying they had "made a business decision not to accept additional work at our property." We have always had good experiences with contractors and actually had a great relationship with our Summit technician (Justin was great!). But when the problem proved challenging, Summit chose not to help. If you have a pest problem that requires follow-through and accountability, I would look elsewhere. In response to Bill below...these were their exact words: "Both technicians are certain the noise is caused by the bearing in your bathroom fan. The noise would not be that consistent and mechanical in nature. If it were rodents, at this point, they would be dead."

He also gave us great advice to keep our house critter-free in the future.

They did an initial…read moreinspection but then couldn't come back for another so when we had dead rats, we had to leave them. We had great service for the first year or two, but then it was a gradual irritation on their end every time we called about a box that wasnt filled with bait or seeing rats. I am loyal but the last time we called, they were so abrupt and unpleasant after 5+ years that we cancelled our service and went with a new one. I wish they would have listened to our concerns and came up with solutions. We would have paid for additional service if there was a solution. instead, we paid to have our space cleaned and sealed and traps filled (mostly) and still had rats out in the open. I would have sent this feedback directly to Banish, as I don't want to hurt a local business, but they were so unpleasant on the phone and in person picking up the boxes that Im posting here.
