He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. He'll be back in a week to check on the traps. I have needed a new vapor barrier down there so I will be getting a bid for that as well. All in all, the pricing was fair and the service exceptional. We were told that the first visit was $250 and each visit after was $85. We had two treatments which should have been $350. My husband asked for an invoice and was told he would be sent one by email. He emailed the company two times and nothing ever came. Five months later a bill came with a note that their printer didn't print the invoices properly. The bill was also $450. My husband made several calls, leaving a message each time. It tools weeks for them to respond. And we are stuck with a bill for $100 more than what we agreed to. This company is unprofessional at best. And their product does NOT work. We still had voles. Now I will tell you how to get rid of them. Use a blow torch. Our voles are gone. I have used them for 3 years now and I won't use anybody else. They are reliable, prompt, honest and every technician they've sent here is fantastic. They have a great team.
