UPDATE: Contrary to the message below, I did not get my full prescription as promised. I was given half the prescription, assuming because you want me to pay another $200 to come back in 2 weeks, and wait another 3 weeks for a 2 week supply. I have also included text messages from your VP Kristen admitting that your provider Sean was not licensed with the DEA. Luckily, I have a relationship with my pharmacist, who told me he thought the whole company was pushing fake prescriptions due to their demeanor over the phone and unlicensed provider, but he knew I was a victim and wasn't trying to give them illegal scripts intentionally. I'm not sure what the outcome would have been had another pharmacist were to report it. I had to beg for the services you advertise. This place is clearly very new and should not be advertising mental health assistance while working out the kinks on patients in need. Do NOT trust them with your mental health. They falsely advertise same day mental health services, but cannot provide them. They made me wait over 3 weeks for my prescription after I paid $350 for a consult. Why? Because their NP Sean Theus is not licensed to prescribe!! They gave me an ILLEGAL prescription, and after I was told by the pharmacy that the prescription was ILLEGALLY WRITTEN BY AN UNLICENSED NP, their receptionist Deanna told me "maybe try another pharmacy and they wont look it up." They forced me to stop taking a controlled medication that I have been on for 7 years because they couldn't figure out how to prescribe it. Their "VP" Kristen is just as clueless and ignorant as their receptionist and providers. Every day over 3 weeks they kept telling me "we'll have the script tomorrow." Yet something always came up. Their E-prescribe system was down, their doctor cant get a license, their other provider has to go through training before she can prescribe, it is a joke. This place should be shut down and legal action should be taken against the owners. I was forced to go through withdrawals from my medication because they promised to give me the prescription and kept delaying every single day. I have filed complaints with the BBB and CA board of health to ensure they remove their false advertisements and legal action is taken against them.

Hayduke proceeded to tell me how awful my breast would look after en bloc if I didn't have new implants added. My breast still look good even though I've had these silicone breast implants for 36 yrs and they're capsulated and need them out. I've read a lot about BII (Breast implant illness) and I believe I have some of the symptoms. I had planned to have a lift but to tell a patient they will look awful if they don't get new implants is rude and extremely unprofessional. To add injury to insult, because I didn't want to replace implants, Hayduke told me I could go to a teaching school to have implants removed to save cost. I never said this was about cost, it was about finding a surgeon experienced doing en bloc who didn't push new implants and say without them you'll look awful! I felt disrespected and left his office feeling humiliated and upset. I notice he has some good reviews but if you ever need to get implants removed and not replaced he is not your guy!! This is a quote from Dr Hayduke on his site... "Removing old breast implants without replacement with a new pair of implants is sometimes similar to removing a pillow from a pillow case. The left over appearance (just the pillow case without the pillow) can be quite unsightly." Such a classless way to describe it. I understand we deserve the truth but this kind of truth is harsh and it's NOT TRUE! I've seen 100s of photos of women on the BII site that did not have breast implants replaced and they look great! What Hayduke doesn't seem to understand or want you to know is that thousands of women are having implants removed by excellent plastic surgeons that understand what BII is. They know after explant there's healthy choices that will enhance breast. Some women can let their breast fluff on their own and they look great, some get a lift, some get fat transfer, and some are just happy to get their toxic implants out! Always best to research for an honest surgeon that isn't out to sell you something you don't need and that's not in your best interest.
