I tried to give him an opportunity to come out and fix job and provide partial refund. However he did not. He did not respond to texts or whatsapp or calls. He took my Zelle payments and ran. This is exactly the type of guy that gives other contractors in Miami the bad reputation it is known for. I feel like I was robbed of thousands. Terrible feeling.

I was impressed with how attentive Maria was since day 1. Our project was to a whole knew patio. They ripped out our old patio and made a whole knew one. We are very happy with our patio. Side note: they hire two separate people for the demo and installation. The ones that did the demo were very professional. On the first day, since it had been raining, the machinery made giant track marks on the grass/ dirt. The second day they they brought wood panels to lay on the path in order to avoid destroying the ground more. We were not present during the installation (took about 1-2 days). They did a good job, and came back to fix certain issues with the grout fairly quickly. A few days later, they will show up to clean up. Pressure washed the patio, back house wall, and drive way. PS: You are expected to put knew sod around the patio in order to pass final inspection.

This company's employees were totally amicable to work with from start to finish of this huge job. They removed the old tiles and replaced the entire roof and rotting soffit areas in just 2 weeks. When night rain covered new Polyglass, they made sure it was thoroughly dry before proceeding. Each day, they thoroughly cleaned up roofing debris dropped on the lawn. Communication with Green Home Roofing employees was ongoing. Each day, I called them and they immediately responded with answers to my questions. my mom called this company for an estimate on her terrace. they said they would come out Saturday…read more3/21/2026. early morning. my mom had to work and pushed her work later so she can be here when they arrive. they never showed. she called the number and the employee asked what kind of terrace and measurements and all that but my mom told them she doesn't know any of this. they need to come out and get all the measurements in order to get an estimate. the guy told my mom it would be a waste of his time to come out. my mom is in her 60s and is not advance with technology, hence why I'm writing this review for her. she called the owner of the company and left him a message how his employee disrespected her over the phone. the owner apologized and said he would call her once he finds out what happen. call pending still. my mom wasted her time, went into work late and will find another company to do this project in her house. you should thank god you have a job. these type of jobs are word of mouth. i don't recommend.
