He said, and I quote: "It doesn't show in the photo." My primary care doctor was shocked to hear my experience and I advised her to tell her patients to avoid this clinic.

I been there several times and I get to be seen by the Doctor within my appointment time. I appreciate the fast response of this clinic in the case of eye emergencies. I had two eye emergencies and the lady answering my call heard my problem and immediately gave me an appointment to see the Doctor right away in both occasions. I had an appointment with this company last month. I arrived at the office early so I could fill…read moreout the paper work. The receptionist handed me a iPad (or something like). The first page said I have to electronically sign that I read the privacy policy. But there was no privacy policy attached. I asked the receptionist for a copy of the privacy policy so I can read it. She didn't have one nor could she find one. She said have a seat and she will look for it. About ten minutes or so later a young lady came out to have me follow her back to start the tests. I asked the receptionist again for a copy of the HIPPA required privacy policy so I can begin the process. Her reply was the same "can't find it"! The young lady that came out to get me to start said if I don't come back now it could be hours before I'm seen. That's even if I was able to get my hands on the privacy policy of which it wasn't looking good that I would. I had to make another appointment for the following month with the hopes by then they would have bothered to look for the privacy policy. By HIPPA regulations any and all medical facilities that fall under HIPPA regulations HAVE to either have the policy printed and in full view so patients can read their legal rights and protections or have them available upon request. This medical office had neither when I was there.

Dr. Ronald Goldman and Dr. Roger Goldman have taken great care not only of my eyes, but my those of my Mom and Grandma's as well. While very professional and courteous, these twin brothers sincerely care about their patients. No matter how busy they might get, they still make the time to ask how you are doing and if you have any concerns or questions. Something else important to mention is that they are licensed Ophthalmologists which means they are medical and surgical specialists. These Doctors are not out to make money by selling eye glasses and are simply in business to care for the health of your eyes. Extra bonus: The Chula Vista location is now open on Saturdays without an appointment!
