Terrible experience here. First, their information isn't updated through whatever system my primary…read morecare doctor uses so the referral sheet I had was all old information. Apparently their office was in a different city before and not in Brockton so I ended up going to the old location only to find that they moved. Thankfully I made it to my appointment on time regardless. However, the doctor I went to go see was called David Lovett. Worst visit of my life. This place is a joke. First, David came in without knocking while I was still undressing. Didn't bother to apologize. Didn't wait for a response before coming in. I've never seen that before. Comes in with someone else and quickly says his name. No hi, how you're doing. Worst greeting ever. Didn't even address me by my name. Then, he looks at my areas of concerns and quickly dismisses my concerns as a mole and that's all. He looked at my skin concern for less than 10 seconds. Then made a snarky comment about how it's not cancer and asked if I had any other concerns. Like what? My father JUST passed of colon cancer 2 months ago. Reason why I'm here checking a skin concern that feels like a lump. It was very informal and quite inconsiderate. He then walked out and left me there with no direction or a goodbye or anything. The entire visit lasted literally less than 3 minutes. It was the craziest thing I had ever seen. I don't feel like he should be working as a doctor when he doesn't care about patients. Now I'm left looking for another dermatology office because I know the lump isn't just a mole.

Jenna Charge Nurse Ceo Chelsea Andino, PA Jessica Kennedy, NP Peter Augustinos, MD impeccable John P. McLaughlin, DPM Gram says she's the villain of the wound clinic, but let's be honest: if sass, precision, and zero tolerance for nonsense were a wound treatment protocol, Jenna wrote it. She probably charted it in triplicate, color-coded it, and made sure your bandage was tighter than your last friendship. Im in love with her but its a secret that i tell gram everyday she hates this LOL Jenna, RN - The Charge Nurse Who Charges Like a Bull She walks into the room like she owns the wound clinic and the laws of physics. Her wound care is so sharp, even your trauma feels disinfected. She doesn't just apply dressings--she applies judgment. And you will feel it. Gram says she's the worst, but Gram also thinks Jell-O is a vegetable, so let's calibrate. Jenna's idea of small talk? "Your vitals are trash, and I'm fixing it." She's the kind of nurse who terrifies interns, humbles surgeons, and somehow still remembers my name I think If Gram hates her, it's probably because Jenna didn't let her sneak a fourth Ensure. "Wounds Healed, Egos Bruised: A Love-Hate Ode to Jenna, RN" If you're looking for a nurse who'll coddle you with warm towels and gentle whispers, keep walking. Jenna doesn't do fluff--she does results. She'll dress your wound while undressing your delusions. My Gram hates her with the fire of a thousand Ensure cartons, but I know the truth: Jenna is running the cllinic . Unbothered. Unmatched. Unapologetic. She enters the room like she's about to audit your soul. Her bandages are tighter than your last relationship, and her side-eye could sterilize a scalpel. She doesn't just treat wounds--she treats systems. Bureaucracy trembles when Jenna charts. Pros: Efficient, brilliant, terrifying in the best way Will remember your allergies, not sure she knows my name, and your emotional damage Makes you feel seen, even when you wish you weren't Cons: Gram says she's the worst one there and tells me everyday! I tell gram she looks exactly like charlixcx and that im in love with her she is my dream girl and hot hot hot sexy as ever. she makes me feel so weird but I dont care I love it!!!!

Doctor told me if I had been cared for properly the damage to my heart muscle would have been minimal compared to the damage done by Boston Medical Souths ER. Norwood Hospital ER/Norwood Hospital is sometimes good and sometimes bad"…read more The Bad: I broke my wrist when I was 11 years old and it took them two days to figure out it was broken before call my family to have it properly set. My elderly mother waited 4 hours in the ER waiting room to be seen with a broken hip! The dip$hit at the admiting desk could only make excuses. Life does not do excuses, ony results. My elderly mother died in this hospital and the some of the nurses could not be bothered to change her soiled beding. I had to go down day and night to ensure that that they attended to her in a proper fashion. I did this for 11 days and it took it's toll on me. My father died here. I came down to make arrangements for his removal at 2AM in the morning go to the funeral home and they did not close his eyes. He just lay there looking at the ceiling. He had been dead for an hour. I closed his eyes. He had an undiagnosed clot that killed him. He had complained of pain in his right leg, groin, and hip for several days prio to his passing. The 2 Cardiac bozos masquerading as MD's wanted to put a pace maker in him 5 days before he died He had terminal cancer and only had a few weeks at most to live anyway. My family doctor stopped that nonsense. The still failed to identify the clot and he suffered with that pain for 4 days before passing on. I once waited 12 hours to be discharged while I had the flu and the only thing they could do was give me fluids and send me home. It should have taken 4 hours to figure out that information, provide the fluids and send me home. The three Department of Correction Facilities (Maximum and Medium prisons) in Walpole and Norfolk frequently send inmates here. It is extremely commont to have one and two armed uniformed DOC officers guarding prisoners at the hospital in the ER and impatient wards for injuries and sickness. This is not comforting when you consider that your loved one might be right next store. Send the bad boys to the Shattuck State Hospital which has an ER Department, inpatient facilities and clinics where they belong and stop sending them to a community hospital. You can witness the DOC being in the hospital by seeing the DOC silver Vans packed outside the ER motor entrance day and night. It is also very common to have local police in the ER trying to put the moves on the nurses and get a date. The firefighters seem to have better luck. It must be something about uniforms I guess? The good: The surgery for cancer that my mother had prolonged her life for another year. She was almost 90 when she passed away. I was born here and have had minor surgery here several times and they treated me well. Parting commment about the local situation: The hospital is not maintained and that is why it flooded and is being torn down and rebuilt. The Moral: If you have something really wrong with you, go to Newton Wellesley, South Shore Hospital or in town and do not mess with the big bandaid station in Norwood. They are reducing the bed capacity and all but eliminating Pediatrics in the new facility. There are many good people at Norwood Hospital but the administration does not care about patients or staff. They were and will continue to be a profit center and nothing more for those who control the medical system that Norwood operates under.
