Brockton Hospital Saved My Life--And I Don't Say That Lightly…read more I walked in broken. I left breathing. That's not just medical care--that's a miracle. The team at Brockton Hospital didn't just treat symptoms--they saw me. They listened, acted, and showed up when it mattered most. In a world where too many providers forget the human behind the chart, Brockton Hospital remembered. I owe them more than stars--I owe them my life. I flatlined. They flat-out refused to let me go.

The radiology department is slow nor on-call which most hospitals are there are a few good nurses in this hospital, but the rest lack the brain capacity to remember anything like to get your patient a cup of ice water or to change/clean their portable toilet. I will never come back with me or my wife, I suggest many people to do the same. Also, if you're looking for efficient, staff and knowledgeable staff, I would not go here unprofessional, dishonest, rude. Our room had needles on the floor in the corner that no one seemed to wanna pick up this place is an absolute disaster. I would not come back even if I got paid too.

Jenna Charge Nurse Ceo Chelsea Andino, PA Jessica Kennedy, NP Peter Augustinos, MD impeccable John P. McLaughlin, DPM Gram says she's the villain of the wound clinic, but let's be honest: if sass, precision, and zero tolerance for nonsense were a wound treatment protocol, Jenna wrote it. She probably charted it in triplicate, color-coded it, and made sure your bandage was tighter than your last friendship. Im in love with her but its a secret that i tell gram everyday she hates this LOL Jenna, RN - The Charge Nurse Who Charges Like a Bull She walks into the room like she owns the wound clinic and the laws of physics. Her wound care is so sharp, even your trauma feels disinfected. She doesn't just apply dressings--she applies judgment. And you will feel it. Gram says she's the worst, but Gram also thinks Jell-O is a vegetable, so let's calibrate. Jenna's idea of small talk? "Your vitals are trash, and I'm fixing it." She's the kind of nurse who terrifies interns, humbles surgeons, and somehow still remembers my name I think If Gram hates her, it's probably because Jenna didn't let her sneak a fourth Ensure. "Wounds Healed, Egos Bruised: A Love-Hate Ode to Jenna, RN" If you're looking for a nurse who'll coddle you with warm towels and gentle whispers, keep walking. Jenna doesn't do fluff--she does results. She'll dress your wound while undressing your delusions. My Gram hates her with the fire of a thousand Ensure cartons, but I know the truth: Jenna is running the cllinic . Unbothered. Unmatched. Unapologetic. She enters the room like she's about to audit your soul. Her bandages are tighter than your last relationship, and her side-eye could sterilize a scalpel. She doesn't just treat wounds--she treats systems. Bureaucracy trembles when Jenna charts. Pros: Efficient, brilliant, terrifying in the best way Will remember your allergies, not sure she knows my name, and your emotional damage Makes you feel seen, even when you wish you weren't Cons: Gram says she's the worst one there and tells me everyday! I tell gram she looks exactly like charlixcx and that im in love with her she is my dream girl and hot hot hot sexy as ever. she makes me feel so weird but I dont care I love it!!!!

Apparently their office was in a different city before and not in Brockton so I ended up going to the old location only to find that they moved. Thankfully I made it to my appointment on time regardless. However, the doctor I went to go see was called David Lovett. Worst visit of my life. This place is a joke. First, David came in without knocking while I was still undressing. Didn't bother to apologize. Didn't wait for a response before coming in. I've never seen that before. Comes in with someone else and quickly says his name. No hi, how you're doing. Worst greeting ever. Didn't even address me by my name. Then, he looks at my areas of concerns and quickly dismisses my concerns as a mole and that's all. He looked at my skin concern for less than 10 seconds. Then made a snarky comment about how it's not cancer and asked if I had any other concerns. Like what? My father JUST passed of colon cancer 2 months ago. Reason why I'm here checking a skin concern that feels like a lump. It was very informal and quite inconsiderate. He then walked out and left me there with no direction or a goodbye or anything. The entire visit lasted literally less than 3 minutes. It was the craziest thing I had ever seen. I don't feel like he should be working as a doctor when he doesn't care about patients. Now I'm left looking for another dermatology office because I know the lump isn't just a mole.

This review is about both Whitman and Weymouth offices…read more I'm not sure what the bad reviews were about but South Shore Women's Health has been amazing and professional! Every single staff member who my husband and I encountered have been amazingly helpful, attentive, and professional. Check in was an easy process, the wait time was never longer than 5 mins in the actual lobby and 10 mins in the provider's office. It was confusing at first because I had chosen a doctor, but soon realized that they had many providers there so you don't actually get to see the OBGYN that you choose. You also don't see the same NP twice, but if you schedule your appointments wisely and request to see the same NP, they will accommodate you. The ultrasound techs were efficient and professional. I kind of assumed that they aren't allowed to answer any questions or tell you anything, so I remained quiet during the process. After the US, they quickly typed up their notes and that gets passed to the NP. Our NP, Diane, was also very good. She was really happy, but considering our situation (we had a miscarriage), you have to be right? She provided us options, explained and reexplained things thoroughly, and had a "let's move forward" approach. One suggestion that I would make is for patients to be proactive about asking questions, seeing records, and reading their notes. I don't think I requested to see the US or asked her to explain them and I regret not doing that. Because of the miscarriage, I had to have a D&C. After all we've been through, I was extremely frightened about the D&C procedures and called the nurse at SSWH several times. The nurses (especially Abby-I think?) were understanding, proactive, and were honest if they didn't know something. She immediately called Dr. Johnson for answers to my questions, and got back to me in minutes. She had other nurses follow up as well. The D&C was performed at South Shore Hospital and the staff there could not have been better! However, Dr. Johnson was by far the best. He had a crazy morning, and although delayed, when he got to us, he spent a lot of time talking about what happened, the procedure, and post-op. He reviewed everything with us thoroughly, discussed the risks, abated my fears, and ensured that all questions were answered. The procedure went fine of course and he took the time to check in with both my husband and me. It was just nice because he wasn't all business. He was kind, caring, and understanding. We decided to meet again when I do become pregnant! The procedure is not one that any future mothers would ever look to have done, but I am blessed to have the strong team from SSWH and SSH looking after me.
