They barely glanced at my skin before dismissively telling me to use some over-the-counter cream - which they must have known wouldn't help. They made my appt with two male doctors, whom I don't remember the names of, and a newly hired female doctor for my final appointment. They just wanted my $20 copay to rush me out the door with their halfhearted 'Have a nice day.' What a waste of time and money! My current dermatologists, MDCS in Commack, are fantastic! They listen carefully, show genuine empathy, and offer thoughtful solutions to approach the problem. Even when I came in stressed, which wasn't helping my skin issues, they took the time to understand my concerns truly.

Not a great experience! The end of January ( less than a…read moremonth ago) I went for botox on my scowl lines between my eye brows. I was told the office was out of Botox so they injected me with another " similar" product. I waited about a week, not seeing much improvement, I contacted their office: "You have to give it a couple of weeks" I was told. Then on, or about, the 3rd week I contacted the office again. I was given an appointment (follow-up) a few days later. When I presented myself, still during the 3rd week of my first visit. I was told that a different provider was scheduled so I had to pay for the treatment ( tweaking). And also, the front desk said, "I had waited too long " !! Bottom line, I didn't ask for a different provider, they scheduled it. And I didn't wait too long to contact them ( all happened within 30 days). And I had called their office at least 2 times regarding the lack of result. Yeah, I'm disappointed.

Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling uncomfortable, dismissed, and taken advantage of. I struggle with significant anxiety around doctors, especially in clinical settings, and instead of feeling supported, I felt judged and spoken down to. The provider I met with had very poor bedside manner and made assumptions about me and my body within minutes of meeting me. At one point, she even commented that I was "getting bright red" while questioning me, which only heightened my anxiety. I was too nervous to speak up in the moment. What stood out the most was being told multiple times that I "never have to come back" and could just return to the Smithtown location. That felt unprofessional and dismissive--especially given that I had just paid a significant amount out of pocket for the visit. To make matters worse, I was informed that treatment would require a follow-up appointment, leaving me feeling stuck after spending money on a visit that ultimately didn't help me. I deeply regret not staying with my original location. I've referred many friends and family members to Schweiger Dermatology over the years and truly value the practice as a whole, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I sincerely wish my visit to the Deer Park office had reflected the level of care and compassion I've consistently received elsewhere.

His communication was clear and direct as to Do's and Don'ts of after care.. I followed to the T... no pain during surgery, but once numbing agent wore off, the pain was intense.. I did not want to take oxy, but I simply had no choice. I took Oxy the first night and the next morning, after that, I did not rely on any pain meds.. I had surgery on a Thurs. and was walking at the park for a mile on Friday.. Sat. no pain meds and drove out to a horse rescue farm out East (I live in Westbury)... A 3 ON THE PAIN METER... I'm four days from surgery and I'm back to work with my clients... no bending, or lifting anything with weight.. scaled back my work schedule to accommodate healing, but I FEEL SUPER FANTASTIC!!!! highly recommend this procedure under local.. Dr. Warm and I met three times prior to the surgery as to make sure we were on the same page. I find him to have superior listening skills and excellent memory which IMHO is super important. I am four days in from this surgery and seem to be healing nicely.. He and I went back and forth re: to do lipo in conjunction with the lift or not to do it... I left it up to him and he felt I could get away without doing lipo, but as I'm healing, I think I should have done a bit of lipo under the chin.. I will speak with him about this at the end of this week when we meet up again for a follow up.. I have no complaints thus far... Staff is fabulous and friendly; Nancy, Dawn and David are the bees knees and the vibe in the office is ultra "chill." I found Dr. Warm to be laid back, knowledgeable, flexible and direct in conversation.. I appreciate those qualities.. Eileen Scanlon Tacchetti To date, I've nothing negative to share...

My scar on my tummy tuck is not appealing, one side looking better then the other, he revised it for no charge but the problem is not fixed. The lipo that was done on my abdomen is not semetrical, obviously not semetrical. I also had lipo on my back that aswell is not semetrical I had that revised aswell, and it is still not semetrical... he did do those for no out of pocket charge, but still I paid over $25,000 for this surgery and I am not okay with the results, I can not have any other no charge fixes, it is just annoying because I didnt botch it they did so it should be fixed. I waited along time to write this review, I wanted to give him a chance to fix the mistakes, but obviously it was not fixed.
