The dental hygienist was very nice but left a lot to be desired. After she was done I could feel multiple spots that were missed. Dr. Watson comes in at the end to review x-rays and has poor bedside manner. I went without dental insurance for 3 years so it was no surprise to me that I would most likely have a cavity or two but I received significant judgement from Dr. Watson. The second visit involved me getting two cavities filled. I came at 12:10 and was done by 12:35. The dental hygienist who brought me back was respectfully so disheveled looking her hair was all over the place and had mystery stains on their scrubs. The dentist that day was a sub for Dr. Watson and I can definitely say their work was awful. The hygienist had ZERO manners and was not explaining anything that was happening. She didn't tell me before numbing and just shoved the needle in. She was throwing tools around and working so sloppily and quickly. I felt like I was in a pitstop at nascar. She pinched my lips so bad as well and then asked if the bite felt okay. I said I couldn't feel it due to being numb. She said okay and proceeded to shave half my back molar off. I wish I was being dramatic my back molars are completely different sizes now permanently. The woman dentist came in the check then the hygienist walked me out while the dentist was sitting in the floor on her phone?? She asked the hygienist if she wanted a drink (from Starbucks but didn't specify) the hygienist said "ugh yes I could use a drink let's close for the afternoon and go get drunk, there's a bar across the street". The hygienist took me to the receptionist to pay and the receptionist and her were talking and she slammed the card reader down on the table and said "180" without looking at me. I paid and left. No one rescheduled me or gave me any post op instructions like how long to wait to eat/drink etc., If you are looking for professional and compassionate dentists and hygienists who care about their patients and their work then this is most definitely not the place for you. I would never recommend them and I wish I would have never went as they permanently ruined my teeth.

I'm thinking that Williamsburg dental Implants are more like $6,000 or $7,000. The hygienists are very gentle and skillful, and the dentists are exceptionally thorough. They check the throat, gums, tongue, inside of the mouth in different areas, etc.--they're not just thinking narrowly about cavities or gum problems. I really appreciate getting this level of knowledgeable care, and for what I think is a reasonable fee--especially coming from New York City! I feel very lucky to have found them.
