Cannot recommend. Homeowner needing 3 window replacement screens replaced. Having worked at Home Depot I'm familiar with windows and measured the sizes needed and took to Advanced Custom Windows to see if they could make them for me. Was told they would have to send a person out to measure. I can understand this policy as windows come in all shapes and sizes and would be needed to prevent wasted material on the businesses part. I asked for a rough estimate for what it would cost using my figures and a week later have not heard back. So if you choose to use this business be prepared to take a day off work to wait for a person to come out and measure and no telling how long for a cost in making and installing. Have the impression this is a business catering to contractors more than individuals. Also, noticed they advertise as being locally owned however other reviewers are from California which leads me to believe they may be a franchise. read more

Had these guys install new windows, soffits and facia in my house out at Robert Lee. Communication was horrible. I had to have them come out several times to fix the unprofessional job they did and the billing was a nightmare. They billed me for incorrect things and I'm still dealing with it 6 months later read more

I like these folks here. I was referred to the by a residential builder, but they provide doors that are good for commercial/industrial use as well. They are competitively priced, and it's easy to do business them. The residential windows the retail are made in Texas, so that's cool. read more

Ordered a door with window on the side and a screen for the patio, they came out a put everything up but forgot the the screen. It took them 10 months before they came out a second time to put the screen up, they after they left they called a few hours later saying they forgot to put a piece on the screen that holds it in place to they are going to have to come out again. They excuse as to why it to took them 10 months to finish the job was because they lost my phone number. Even though they supposedly didn't have my number they sill somehow managed to keep track of address but didn't send me a letter about why it was taking so long to finish the job. My advice if you want the window or door installed on time I would suggest not using this company and just go with someone else. read more
