My bodywork was on my hood and ps rear fender , however the body shop guys took off my sticker on the ds and ps, well when they did that on the ds they dug into the paint to the primer, about a dime size chip. Not I gave The benefit of the doubt that they would fix that well when I got the call to come pick up my vehicle come to find out the owner actually had put the new decal over that dime size chipped of paint And when he put another decal below it, it was very crooked about a quarter of an inch to 3/8 of an inch difference so it's very crooked. If I have the pictures to post on here, I would show you I confronted the owner about it and it got a little weird and gave some reasoning for it and basically said that if it bothers me that we can work something out with a discount on Another repair. I still had to pay full price for this repair. The owner is super super super nice really cool awesome and I didn't feel like getting confrontational because I'm a non-confrontational person but I just thought that it would've been noted for me to come back at another time so they could do the repair right seeing as they didn't even have to work on that side anyway, and it was their mistake.

I have a mixed review for this business. I will say that as…read morefar as the job that was done to my car, top notch. They knocked it out the park with their workmanship and I was thoroughly pleased when I picked up my car. I had a minor fender bender that caused a need to replace the fender and number and blend the paint. When I picked it up it looked brand new. However, here comes the bad part. When I dipped it off I left my phone number and shortly received a welcome text. Two weeks later and I hadn't heard from them either via call or by text. So I called them. I got a let me have the service guy call you back. They called and I asked for a status on the car, oh we are waiting on your insurance company to approve the work. Ok, so why haven't I been notified or updated. Oh you should've gotten a text. Nope, no text received. Oh I'm so sorry let me send you a text right now, the lady up front may have gotten your number wrong. I got the text and responded, yes this is the same number I got a text from 2 weeks ago. I m sorry sir I have no idea how that happened. Another week passes with no communication I text and don't get a response so I call, we are waiting on a part from the dealership. Ok, still why haven't I been updated. I'm u sure why you're not getting our texts. Hmmm. Another week passes, I say it's been 4 weeks and this is getting a bit ridiculous, oh sir certainly you were told when you dropped it off it's 2 to 4 weeks. No, no one said a thing other than they will keep you updated which they didn't. Long story short, A+ on the body work and F on the communication. It was an insurance claim so I only had my deductible but the total seemed to be a good value for the work done.
