I chose Total Care because that's who Mastria Nissan recommends. From start to finish, I was impressed. Jack, the owner, gave me a HUGE education about how insurance claims work and was extremely friendly. I also dealt with Brett and Brian, both equally friendly. They kept me updated. I never sat around wondering what the status of my car was. Even more impressive was the fact that the estimated day of completion was the exact day I got my car back. The pics below say it all. No trace that anything ever happened. I hope I never need them again but I will absolutely come back if needed. Y'all are all kinds of awesome! Thank you! My car door doesn't close easily like it used to but just needs a little more force, which is fine. They fully cleaned and detailed my car which I thought was a very nice gesture after taking longer than the initial quote to get the work done.
