Another issue was that, an agreement about workshop rules were given to the attendees to sign after they had already registered and paid the workshop fees. It is normally the other way around! attendees should know what they are getting into before paying the money. She does not have any refund policy, so if you do not sign the agreement, the only option is to forget about your money and leave! Another issue was that she spent a big chunk of the workshop time advertising the next round of the workshop and giving special offers if the attendees register inside the workshop. Very unfair use of time.

His office staff told me they could access my CT scan from a particular facility. When I asked him, he said he had no idea how to do this. As I said, he is nice, but I didn't have the confidence I need to have with a surgeon.
