I was in the office for two full hours, yet received maybe 10 minutes of face-to-face interaction total. * Appointment 3: My appointment was scheduled for 9:50 AM. After waiting another 30 minutes, the chiropractor came out and asked me to "forgive her" because she is a mother and had to drop her child off at school. I understand that personal lives happen, but consistently making patients wait 30-45 minutes past scheduled appointment times without delivering actual chiropractic treatment is unacceptable. This practice shows a complete lack of respect for their patients' time and well-being. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that values your schedule and provides actual care.
