I also trust him 100%! Recently, my neck locked up on me again; I couldn't even turn my head. One visit to him and I was all fixed up! He's truly a miracle worker! Many times he's gotten me in on the same day because my pain came on suddenly and I just couldn't wait. He also only sees you if it's truly needed. He doesn't schedule unnecessary appointments just to milk you for money. For example, with my most recent visit I asked him if I should make another appointment because I had let my neck get so bad. He told me only if it hadn't healed up in a week. It healed up, so I didn't need to return. We're moving to Orlando next summer and I trust him so much that I'll have hubby driving me to Jax to see Dr. Hurst when I need a chiropractor! He truly cares about his patients!!

We visited this spa while celebrating our anniversary on Amelia Island and wanted an affordable…read morecouples massage. Booking was easy and very responsive via email (5 stars), and check-in was smooth (4 stars). Communication was a bit difficult due to a language barrier (3.5 stars). My deep tissue massage was disappointing (1.5-2 stars)--despite asking for more pressure, the therapist kept using light strokes and awkward techniques like rubbing my spine and dropping my legs. My husband's Swedish massage was better (3.5 stars). The pricing was fair (4 stars), bringing our overall experience to about 3.5. If we return, I'd definitely request a different therapist for deep tissue.

Would they accept my insurance. Had claims been made against them for inept performance. You get the idea. I narrowed my candidates to two places. I called Nassau Physical Therapy.. I learned that he had owned and run the practice for 26 years. I have had two appointments with Jim so far -- although I am sure the other therapists are equally competent. They have been great -- he has a wonderful sense of humor and somehow I have completed my exercises laughing. I will be back there in two day -- will post how it is going.
