From the owner: Neurologically-Based Chiropractic…read more At Coastal Community Chiropractic, we value the health of every individual who walks through our doors. We are committed to finding the cause of your health concerns rather than simply masking symptoms. First and foremost, the Chiropractic standard of health is how well you function, and not simply how well you feel. Millions of people are walking around with cancerous cells in their bodies without feeling it until it begins to alter their function or cause some kind of pain and discomfort. Many people are encouraged to see a doctor only when they begin to experience pain. We're different. We don't want to wait for you to have pain. We want to improve your health whether you experience pain or not. This is why we use neurologically-based chiropractic in order to analyze the function of your nervous system to indicate the overall state of your health. Neurologically-based chiropractic uses scientific methods to analyze the spine and nervous system.

1 Star - Unprofessional, Disorganised, and Zero Care Provided…read moreI gave this office three separate chances, and every single appointment was a complete waste of time. Across three visits, my back and neck were never once adjusted. * Appointment 1: I sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes without receiving any care or updates, to the point where I had to reschedule. * Appointment 2: I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I was in the office for two full hours, yet received maybe 10 minutes of face-to-face interaction total. * Appointment 3: My appointment was scheduled for 9:50 AM. After waiting another 30 minutes, the chiropractor came out and asked me to "forgive her" because she is a mother and had to drop her child off at school. I understand that personal lives happen, but consistently making patients wait 30-45 minutes past scheduled appointment times without delivering actual chiropractic treatment is unacceptable. This practice shows a complete lack of respect for their patients' time and well-being. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that values your schedule and provides actual care.

During the phone consult, Dr. Case did a complete battery of functional diagnostics and he will do this with any patient regardless of their condition. I cannot give more praise to Dr. Case and I'm looking forward to continuing my treatment and having my family visit this office to include my little girls. Dr. Case offered his personal number (sshhhh, I think this is a secret ) in case I was having severe pain, headache episodes, or in a situation for immediate advice and help in which he made himself readily available to me. This shows he really cares and goes above and beyond! Thank you Dr. Marc Case. 5-Stars, A+++, 100% highly recommended!!! Cons: They don't take Tricare or VA Insurance but they're very willing to work with payments and they gave me a phenomenal military / veteran discount!! Don't wait.
