I have a minor incident and had to replace the front bumper and grill. Given the popularity of this auto body shop, it wasn't the easiest to get the earliest appointment. However once repairs started, they were completed promptly and the final product is similar to getting a car off the lot (freshly cleaned and washed). Quality of repairs is high, service is detailed and informed and reasonable for quality. I am more than happy to recommend to other Yelp folks and personal friends!

His knowledge is impeccable and he gave me a significantly better deal than I would have paid at the other shop. My Mini Cooper (as seen in the pictures) was practically totaled when Joe got it. He dealt with my insurance company in a timely manner and helped me avoid the headache of using an unknown tow company. Throughout the entire process he kept in contact updating me on the status of the car and when it would be available. The car looks AND drives like the first day I got it. His work and work ethic is absolutely FLAWLESS. I will never use another shop again!

I had some concerns about how I was being treated. But we all make mistakes. We are only human. I should have remembered that. Sorry! After trying to speak with several people at Proline. After several misunderstanding and miscommunication, Brandon was up at bat. And he hit a HOME RUN. This guy should play for the Yankees;) Too nice of a guy. He took my car back as soon as he could and gave me a ride home. He was even will to pick it up at work if it would make it easier for me. So now he has my car and is working on it. Stay tune....

I went to this repair shop after experiencing an accident. They had told me to come in January…read more25-27, and because I reside in a different city, I had to fly out to pick up my car. When I arrived they said they weren't open. Why would they tell me to come pick up the car during that time? They should have told me to pick it up on the Monday the week after to not waste time. When I arrived, they replaced the damaged parts, however, I got the car back with additional issues. The mechanics forgot to bolt back the fender liner so on the drive back it was completely eroded. The Moon roof lining was not aligned correctly. In addition, after I experienced the first snowfall in Chicago leakage was present on the side of the car where repairs were made. My car was pretty much in worse shape than when I left it with them. Extremely disappointed.
