The people could not have been nicer. They replaced the fiber that connects the hearing aid to the ear piece, and the ear piece as well. They cleaned the other hearing aid, and also cleaned the contacts on the charging case. The cost was a very modest $15.00. They noticed that one of the hearing aids didn't seem to be charging correctly. They told us what to watch out for, and that the hearing aid was still under warranty so if there is a problem with the charging circuitry, it would be fixed at no cost. Delightful people and great service!

A sailing friend suggested starting with the lowest cost units that work. He has had three aids. His reason, the technology advances are significant. My first appointment with Dr. John was the most thorough and well explained I've ever had. Subsequent visits were the annual manufacture's quality check. When they were returned, she made effective adjustments. Next week I'll start my 81st trip around the Sun (I'm 79). My suggestion to anyone seeking help with their hearing issues. Include Dr. John in your search and remember the quest is a journey. Board Certified in Audiology is another bonus in my experience.

What I really liked is the doctor didn't rush through us. She spent time to make us feel at ease and educated us a bit on what what happening as well. Without insurance the doctor consultation was $55 and we paid another $20 for a urine exam. They were upfront about costs and asked first before preforming anything that would require additional fees. They did not accept care-credit at the time of our visit.

The gentleman making the appointment wanted to make clear of their location at a second floor complex in a retail center. When I arrived the reception person was on a call and it seemed to me to be a personal one because she told her call that she had to go someone came in. I gave my name and what time my appointment was. She told me they don't make appointments before 12 noon. My appointment was at 10 am. She asked my name at least three times and each time I spelled it. She said she had no record of my appointment. I told her I had an email with the confirmation. She shrugged and said I should probably call someone. I did. This person as well was clueless about my appointment. I left and called my insurance company to complain. I was on the phone with them nearly an hour, and they confirmed the location ... but the name of the business was different.
