I blindly called this shop looking for someone that could help me with my car's flat tire and I found Omar. What an incredibly kind and decent man. He didn't treat me poorly, didn't talk down to me, and not at all like I was a bother even though I seem to have called prior to the shop's opening. Omar still answered my call, kindly offered his advice, and got right to work on addressing my car's flat tire. I can't thank this kind soul enough for his compassion and understanding and he didn't try to gouge with pricing. To say he was way more than fair is an understatement. Sold a semitruck tires as new, Charged me 1,100$ for a steer…read moretire advertised as new, Tire is missing a chunk on tread when I confronted him about he got defensive and demanded an immediate pay. He said to call the guy who sold him the tired to get warranty because "he pay for it as new" So I did, I have messages from where he bought it stating he new it was a old used tire and even asked for a discount because of the missing chunk on tire tread. He paid 250$ or less for the USED tire and sold to me as new. I will give him credit for coming at night time and getting me out of the road. I understand emergency services cost money, The reason I am devastated is because he SCAMMED me by telling me its a brand new tire when he new it was used and just wanted to make hundreds In proffit by ripping me off. First time I ever write a review, Just what an awful experience i had and hope This doesn't happen to any of my fellow truckers Nonetheless I believe this young man could have a profitable business by just being honest and not scamming hard working individuals. Horrible shop! The front desk personnel, Ray mislead me into thinking my car would be serviced…read moretoday and after speaking with him a few times over the phone asking questions to see if his shop was able to fix the problem with my car I drove over to his shop at a time he said my car would definitely be diagnosed AND repaired and after 40 minutes of waiting Ray tells me to leave my car overnight and that they would get back to me. I told Ray upfront during one of our calls how I wasn't interested in leaving my car instead I wanted to bring it over to the shop at a good time so that I could wait for them to diagnose and then hear how they plan to fix the issue and then I would like to be brought in to see first hand what they found, how they plan to fix it, etc.. This did not happen when I showed up instead I was told the opposite and my car was not repaired. I later overheard Ray misleading over customer who heard me speaking with Ray about him misleading me. I asked Ray if I could speak to the owner and immediately when Ray shouted out to the manager who was an earshot away from us that I wanted to speak with him the owner immediately became visibly agitated and defensive towards me. The owner's misconduct continued to escalate to the point where he was yelling at me. He never allowed me to explain what was going on and then dismissed me and told me that they were not servicing my car. This shop is just like MOST shops in this town (Vineland) and they have no respect for women either with minds of their own - clearly!
