Your job is to make a client feel welcomed, if there's an issue address it in a good manner not argue and blame the client. Good luck if you have an appointment here and can't make it despite you calling hours before the appointment. I normally don't let people get under my skin but this is the second time this receptionist does this. I'm sorry. If they continue with this receptionist they will be losing a-lot of clients. One of my students she worked with opened up and began communicating so much with the other students and adults. I even saw great improvements in his writings. I was so thrilled with his progress, as was his mom. Another student that she worked with was speech impaired. This student made remarkable progress. At the beginning of the year, I could not understand anything this student was saying. The student became very frustrated. Stephanie worked with her with great patience and it was so amazing to see the growth this student made. I could clearly understand her the first time she told me something! This brought so much joy to the student and myself. I was amazed the progress that this student had made.
