(Most likely for a reason) I requested a refund due to a scheduling conflict and the man that I spoke with was rude. He said he doesn't see how I even paid for the class but I was sent a vague receipt via email and I have a bank statement to prove it was taken out. He said that I would be sent a refund "back to the original payment" within 5-10 days but I still have yet to receive it. I highly recommend going elsewhere. I tried to ignore feedback from other parents and students who have said awful things about this location but I guess I should have listened.

Took my bonus son here for drivers training and I have nothing but good things to say about this…read moreplace. They were very respectful and set great expectations and provided very clear communication. On one Saturday they scheduled us to drive however there was a snow storm predicted. They called well in advance with notice and rescheduled on another day. One of the instructors, Dan, met with me directly to review my son's driving habits and provided great feedback on how to help boost his confidence and reinforce the rules of the road.

I'm proud to say that he recently finished his driving classes with Brian, and passed his test. Brian was very encouraging and helpful. He clearly cares very much about teaching people the correct way to drive. He goes above and beyond by teaching people more than what's actually needed to pass the test. I will definitely be taking my daughter there next year, once she is ready to learn to drive too. Excellent business!

They host Kahoots, Jeopardy, and other fun games to make the sessions less monotonous and tedious. Ms. Samantha is very kind and helpful, and although people think Mr. Moy is rude, he actually does what he can to ensure that students are successful. It's when students are misbehaving and ignoring instructions that they're reprimanded. Overall, I enjoyed this experience and would love to come back for segment II.

I was very disappointed with my experience today. It was an honest mistake and they kept our $70, no option to reschedule or anything. Told them his birthday was in a few days and we could come back at any time they could squeeze us in, but they took the cash and ran. Won't be recommending them to anyone else. There's obviously a reason they only deal in cash.
