If they don't have something they can usually get it the next day. While their main business is to repair shops, I've always been treated like I was valued. If you are not sure of your engine size / cylinders / trim level or other model specific information it will help to bring your owner's card in so they can check the vin # to get the right part the first time. I like that they are a small shop making it in an increasingly competitive environment.
