Put truck in dealership shop to prepare it for my trip. Four hours later, after bringing in a retired master tech, dealership determined it was a bad ground and re-wired it. Went to my trailer and lights still don't work. Next day I call T.P. Trailers and they say bring truck in. Three minutes and ninety five cents later I have a new fuse and my trailer lights work. Then the mechanic showed me what to do in case it happened again.

We looked over the vehicle & asked Karl many questions about it. We took it for quite a long ride so she could see how it handled on the highway & not just city streets. He was very accommodating & never made us feel rushed or that he was not being truthful. A couple of times he had to get answers from a manager but had no problem doing that for us when he didn't know the answers. After several hours at the dealership we all sat down to talk. Again, Karl was not pushy & never made us feel like he just wanted to make the sale. In the end my friend decided to buy the truck. Family member took their car for inspection and they stated it needed $2000 of repairs like ball joints, and brakes. Conicelli inspected and did brakes and ball Joints were not required Brought jeep in for a repair and ended up using another shop because they specialize in the vehicle and did it for a few hundred less and also replaced a few sensors and spark plugs. Dont doubt they do good work but not worth paying 50-100-% more over other reputable shops to find out.

After having brake pads replaced, the owner told me I needed a new caliper on one of the wheels which they replaced. Unfortunately on my first trip on the highway, 2 days after the service, my wheel where the caliper was replaced started smoking and I had to park the car and get a ride home. After getting the car to a friend's home and replacing the new caliper with another new one, the car is driving fine. The owners refused to believe me despite receipts from NAPA.
