I thanked them and went down to AutoZone on Robinson Rd. They installed the bulb, it took two seconds, a woman associate installed the bulb, she removed one small panel on the right side, removed the old bulb and put in the new one. No difficulty. So because I was a woman, a black woman, they were all white men, they didn't want to help me at O'Reilly's. For any type of service I usually go to Mercedes of Texarkana or Forza Auto on Lake Dr. but both were closed.
