He was late but things happen. His 15 year old employee asked for a water connection. I unhooked a cleaning line and said they could use it. It was attached to the black tank cleaning system. After done working and they had left we heard noise from bathroom. The employee had attached the line back on, turned off main water and turned on cleaning system without knowing what he was doing. The black tank (toilet) was flowing into my camper. We called and they showed back up a few minutes later. The 15 yr old admitted he did it and I quote,"I am 15, I did not know what I was doing". We had to call insurance and have the entire under belly taken apart, inspected and cleaned. Mike Frazier refuses to answer my calls or the insurance company to take care of he negligence. I would not allow his company to clean or detail anything I own. Work sub par. Does not take responsibility for negligence of his staff for damages they 100% caused and admitted.
