Fine. I needed my power steering pump replaced immediately. They could get me in fairly quickly. I had just done a major detail on my car, interior and exterior. I took it to them spotless. When I was told my car was finished...1) I got my car back with black greasy fingerprints all over the door handles on both the interior and exterior of the car. *They did at least put a paper floor mat down*. 2) The part was replaced, but they used the OLD power steering fluid. It was brown. Anyone who knows, knows BROWN is not a good color. The new pump was making a horrific screeching noise and there is NO WAY they couldn't have noticed. No mention was made of it when I picked up my vehicle. Guess because I'm a woman they assumed I'm stupid? There were additional fees added to the bill, of which were titled "Shop parts" but the 'parts' weren't identified. Hmmmmm. I had to flush the power steering fluid and add the correct fluid myself, which should have been easy to do at their shop. If you want to pay top dollar for questionable work ethics, go for it. The best part about it was talking to their receptionist. She was great!

Unfortunately, all of the reviews were bad, and when I began talking to the service techs and representatives, it was horrible! I began looking outside of my area and found Kellys RV, about two hours away, which had been in business a while and showed to have zero better business bureau complaints. We made the trip and took the RV in to get the estimate. From the first step in the door to the time we picked up our our RV, the service and response was fantastic. We were guided through the whole process, but more than that, the service was courteous, friendly, and excellent. The repairs are perfect! Looks like we found the place for us. Give them a try. This is a typical mysterious parts shop where most things are "in the back" and have to be looked up and located by an employee. Counter staff I have worked with were friendly and helpful.
