Amazing customer service. Toby listens and works to do his very best for you. I have bought tires and gotten oil changes here too. No complaints. Last flats I got on my trailer were due to cracked valve stems. He could have easily sold me two tires and made himself a little coin. But he was honest. He replaced the valve stems in less than 5 min and sent me on my way. Free. You don't get that nowadays. Highly recommended!! read more

Great service, good price on tires, usually with warranties. Honest & reliable service. Called up for an engine light check & they took us in, although they were booked. Would have scheduled an appointment fir later service. Pleasant, family run business. read more

Will and the crew at Ashlock saved our vacation! We were on the side of the road with a blowout in a rented RV, and we couldn't get the flat off because we didn't have good enough tools in our rental. They dropped what they were doing and met us on the side of the highway, changed the flat and helped us to their shop in Walnut Ridge. It was a hot day and they even let our dog come in the shop to stay cool while we waited. They were super busy and still so helpful. Highly recommend! Thank you, Ashlock Tire! read more

Have I mentioned I hate car repairs? This is a world I know little about and need to trust the experts. Sure I will pull a wrench every now and then, painfully aware that I may break more than I fix. When my 14 year old Nissan recently decided to do the opposite of run I asked my friends where to bring it, Ashlock's was the dominant recommendation. These folks are great. Super laid back, affordable and honest. My repairs were needed around the holidays, though booked solid they managed to get everything fixed quickly and even return some unnecessary parts (that I had installed in a last ditch DIY delusion) so I could keep a spare or receive a credit. The total cost of my repair was less than the cost of just the replacement part if I tried to replace it on my own, with the added benefit that my vehicle now runs. Recommended! read more

Honestly I try to do most work myself. That said if I realize a job is bigger than my skill or I don't have time they are my go to. My family has used them for decades now and I can't count the number of times they have saved us money by recommending the best fix not just the most expensive. I would give them 6 stars if I could. read more

Everytime we have to have service, everytime we need an oil change, everytime we buy a vehicle...EVERYTIME! What is the matter with them! They tell us something and then say they didn't. I'm sorry but we are not idiots! They never call when your part comes in, they agree to sell you a vehicle and then sell it to someone else when you turn your back, they tell you that they have put a certain agreement on your loan, but they don't. I have never seen anything like it in my life and cannot believe that there aren't more complaints about them. We have bought several vehicles from them and it will never ever ever happen again!
