I will not say for the same such as break pad, electrical system, and engine part. I am here for the light bulb and battery before. The car head light bulb is easy to change out unless it has a defect on the assembly. Changing the car light bulb can be found in the owner menu. I also have been here for the car battery replacement. They also offer the installation of the battery with part purchase from them. It is very convenience for me just to use their service with proper installation. Car repair can be easy confused if you try to repair yourself. I would not recommend you to buy part from them and install yourself or install by other. Once the part cannot fit and is open box, it will create problem for return it. If you buy and let someone install, most car shop will not allow it because of the warranty issue by the repair shop. I have no bad experience with them. The service is a bit slow.

EPIC SERVICE! I bought a battery here last month for a secondary vehicle that I'm selling. The…read morebattery light came on & the truck died at the dealership where it was getting appraised. The very AA location just happened to be across the street, (lucky me) so I stopped in to have them check the battery. Miresa tested the battery & checked the ALT to find it was failing. He didn't want me driving home & take a chance that the truck would die on the road as the battery was at half its amp rating & losing power. He asked that I'd stay so he could recharge it. In the meantime he matched a competitor's ALT price AND INSTALLED IT FOR ME!!! I mean WHO does THAT!!! Its an easy repair but it would have taken me a lot longer to do what he did in 15 minutes! 5 STAR KUDOS to Miresa!!! Thank you for the savings ALL the way around!!! Now with a fully charged battery, cleaned connection points & a new ALT, the truck quickly kicked over & I was on the road in less than 40 minutes! All I can say is WOW & TY, TY!!! He was going on about his personal car with his buddy he was checking out at the register, he pulled his phone out and started chatting about the car he was talking about, then he started asking the customer about his relationship etc, while several of us have been standing in line, patiently waiting. The other register opened up and I started making my purchases, I ask the clerk, "can you believe that guy is over there chatting about his personal life and sharing photos, while we all stand in line and wait?" The rude employee looked at me and scoffed, I looked over at the other register and the kid asked me if I had a problem, I told him he was rude, wasting our time talking about his personal life and sharing photos while we waited, he just parroted me. I asked to speak to the manager, he said there wasn't a manager there and that he would be gone for vacation for 2weeks. Then he said I don't care if you tell my manager. I went to the truck to get a pen, I came back into the store and asked for his name, he said " I dont respect you, I'm not giving you my name" so I went to the other register where the associate Arly was working and asked him for the clerks name, they both wouldn't budge, I will be bring my money to an alternative auto parts store from now on and recommend my neighbors also.

So was Gio the service manager and Chris the second sales guy who helped met with questions had that were not answered by Doug, my original sales person who sent me home at delivery promising to answer all questions later because he wanted to go home at his time off and did not do the paint protection I paid for nor got the contract and a bucket of cleaning stuff. Doug left me hanging. The car was not detailed, nor did Doug help with an overview. He was in a hurry to go home and never kept his promise to get answers but all the other employees made it right and then some. I had to go back but it was a good experience dealing with them all hands on. Other than Doug the original sales person and the finance guy who took my money and gave me no contract nor made sure the job was done. Everybody was fantastic and went over the to to make me a happy customer. I would recommend them. Just get the right people to help you and they will.

I tried calling to get more information on what was broken but no call back until 4 hours later. At that point I had given up and hit the decline service. Paid the $180 diagnostic fee and took it to a friend to confirm that the motor they said broken on my payment summary was broken. The motor wasn't even broken it was one piece popped out of place near the sensor. My friend popped it back into place and it was fixed. Don't go here. They are very poor at communication and are mostly young mechanics who have no clue what they are doing.
