I explained again that the dipstick was literally in her hand with the correct part number, and he still dismissed it, laughed, and repeated that I should call corporate. When he said he doesn't take parts off cars, I asked about batteries, and he added that they only help with the parts they feel like doing. If a salesperson can't value their customers--regardless of age or gender--then they don't deserve our business. I won't spend another dime here. Advance Auto and other stores consistently go out of their way to help, while this location has an employee who jokes around and refuses to assist a young girl simply because he "doesn't feel like it."
