Max, the counter salesperson, told her he "didn't feel like helping her" and sent her away without even attempting to look it up. When I called to follow up, Max challenged me to "call corporate" and insisted he doesn't take parts off cars. I explained again that the dipstick was literally in her hand with the correct part number, and he still dismissed it, laughed, and repeated that I should call corporate. When he said he doesn't take parts off cars, I asked about batteries, and he added that they only help with the parts they feel like doing. If a salesperson can't value their customers--regardless of age or gender--then they don't deserve our business. I won't spend another dime here. Advance Auto and other stores consistently go out of their way to help, while this location has an employee who jokes around and refuses to assist a young girl simply because he "doesn't feel like it." The overheating was a difficult and time consuming issue to diagnose and get repaired, but the Service Manager Dave Duckson went above and beyond to diagnose and fix it. Dave was very professional, cared about us as customers and personally oversaw the repairs. Our X3 runs and drives like new and we will continue to buy from Voss BMW and have our vehicles serviced by them. Our advice to other customers is to be patient, trust the process and speak directly to Dave with any notable issues and he will resolve them for you.

I brought my 2004 Kia Spectra here because I was sent here to have a rear wheel stud replaced after…read morea discount tire shop damaged them. Unfortunately, after the repair I immediately noticed a new repetitive squeaking/grinding noise from the wheel and aggressive vibration when braking at higher speeds. I contacted the shop about the issue and was initially told that it was likely a coincidence and that I would need to make another appointment. I later had the vehicle inspected independently and eventually disassembled the rear brakes for inspection and replacement of the pads and rotors. Once everything was apart, the problem became very clear. The two replacement wheel studs that had been installed were not the correct application/specification for my Kia's hub. Although the thread size worked, the studs were intended for a different vehicle and did not seat properly in the hub. Because they were not sitting flush, the brake rotor could not sit flat against the hub. The rotor visibly wobbled when rotated and was actually contacting/grinding against the brake hardware. One of the brake pads at the affected wheel was also completely worn down to the metal backing plate, while the pads on the opposite rear wheel still had substantial material remaining. I inspected the caliper slide pins during the brake job and they were moving freely. What concerns me most is that the rotor interference was noticeable simply by spinning the rotor by hand. The grinding was obvious, and the vehicle was returned to me without this being caught. The car also was not road-tested afterward, which likely would have revealed the noise and braking vibration. I understand that mistakes can happen during repairs, but I expected the correct application-specific wheel studs to be installed and the work to be checked before the vehicle was returned to me. I ended up having to have a third party diagnose the problem, obtain another inspection, and redo the rear brake work and stud work to fix the issue. I also want to add that during this process the mechanics at this auto shop disconnected my dash cam without my consent, not once was I informed that my camera was disconnected and did not find out until the next day, I'm not sure why the shop would touch my property without permission without obtaining approval first, another issue I had was a foul odor in my car when it was returned. Based on my experience, I would never return here for future repairs.

I pulled out my phone and called husband to ask what I actually was sent to get when someone approached asking if they could help I told husband I would call him back if I needed more help and the guy told me to ask specifically what it was for before I hung up the phone. I explained to him our purpose and he explained the different colors purpose and his personal experience and so I settled on one and then bought a different one too just in case. When we got to register he said he and his family thanked me and my husband for his service, in probably the most sincere way I've ever heard. Customer service like this doesn't exist anymore, I will gladly drive across town to go to this location from here on out. It was perfectly clean inside, not a smudge of grease or dirt anywhere. No fingerprints on the hood or the rest of the body. Nothing! They have definitely earned another customer for life - and I'm one to tell friends about good mechanics, too.
