They replaced it themselves, free of charge, and my husband and I were able to go to the restaurant next door to wait while it was getting done. We forgot to give Clay, the awesome tech who attended us, our car keys so Clay walked next door to the restaurant where we were at at to get it from us...so that we wouldn't have to wait longer! He was done with our battery LONG before our food every arrived. LOL You just don't see this level of service anymore. We are really impressed and, although we live in Crystal River, we will drive to this AutoZone for any car battery service and for auto parts we need. They are worth the drive!
