My daughter's car broke down in Erlanger. Someone helped us to figure out it was a busted radiator hose. We had no idea where to go or how to fix it. We called CarX, they were not helpful. We called Auto Zone in Florence, Not only were they not helpful, they were downright RUDE! We called Jiffy Lube, they were very helpful but could not help us with the problem. Finally I called Advanced Auto Parts. Aaron answered the phone and was very nice. He told us if we could get there He had the part and someone would help us. We arrived and the part was waiting for us and Jake came out to the car and put it on for us! He was very nice and professional. It took him about half an hour to remove the old hose and replace it with the new one. I offered him some money for helping us and he refused replying "This is what I do."
I can't say enough about the young PROFESSIONALS at Advanced Auto Parts. We were in desperate need of help and they were kind and extremely nice. They helped two women in desperate need of help with compassion and grace. Take your automotive needs to there guys and you will not be disappointed!
