They don't make any appointments, so it's first come first served. After intake--phone #, name, address, and what you want to get done--you'll leave your car with your tech and wait. It must've been about 40 minutes before I received a phone call that my car was ready. That's the only reason for 4 stars. My tech informed me they were unable to rotate my tires due to the fact that my front tires didn't have enough tread left on them. That was a good information since I will have to purchase new tires very soon. I thought that was a good customer service instead of went ahead and completed the job unnecessarily. Oil change ranges from basic for $29.88 to full synthetic for $45.88. There's one in the middle for $35.88. My tech recommended either the basic or the full synthetic. Since my car does not require full synthetic oil, I opted to go with the basic. Tire rotation is $2.50 per tire--I thought it was interesting since no one gets only one tire rotated, right? Shop opens at 7:00 am Mon--Sat, and at 8:00 am on Sunday.

I stopped by for a few items and between the staff and the availability of parts I needed, I thought between the store layout and the interaction with the staff made finding the filters, oil, and fuses I was looking for easy. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and my rewards allowed for a discount. This location is the closest to post and convenient. It has its own parking lot. I will return.

I don't blame them for wanting to make money since it's a free market society we live in. Therefore, they are here to make money and not for charity. Having said that my car was still sitting in a parking lot 90 minutes past my appointment time. I was there at least 10 minutes early, so they really took their sweet time. Not honoring your appointments is one of my pet peeves. This happens a lot at doctors' offices, too, as you know, but it's not this bad usually. Another issue that's apparent for some low reviews for this location is they deal with a lot of Soldiers and their Families. Car issues other than routine work like oil changes, state safety inspection and purchasing new tires can be very stressful. Many reviews perhaps reflect situations with emotional highs, and some folks just vent their frustrations like I'm doing it right now. I'll get off my soapbox here. This was my second time getting my cars serviced, and additionally I purchased four tires this time. Easy peasy, right?? Not so much!! Reception was swift and efficient. That probably was the best part. The job took altogether three hours and forty minutes from the appointment time. The "free" alignment test showed significant misalignment, so that was another 50 minutes. Grand total of four hours and 20 minutes??! It was a very nice way to spend my day off, NOT?! In their defense my last oil change experience was very decent--I was in/out within 45 minutes. When I came in for my tire quotes, it was fast--less than five minutes.
