I went in for something simple: a battery replacement. The employee who worked on my car seemed extremely jittery, disorganized, and unsure. During the process, he actually cut my gas line - all while I was there for a basic battery install. Because of their mistake, I had to pay to replace both my battery and my gas line. Now, six months later, I'm still dealing with the consequences. My alternator recently went out, and I found out they installed the wrong (smaller) battery in my car, which likely caused additional damage.
