I was helped by a sales associate who stated that he "was unable to honor the deal with out the sales paper" which has not yet been printed. The manager, Danielle, then came over and stated the same. I then asked for a third time to honor the deal because it was advertised with dates. Danielle displayed a poor attitude and again stated that she was "not going to honor the deal". I was honestly taken back and disappointed because I knew Danielle had the means to take of this matter. I left this store and went directly to another O'Reilly's where they not only honored the same deal immediately but also gave me additional 10% discount for my inconvenience.
