I had never before come across a business that was so unresponsive to concerns of their customers…read more 5 calls to the General Manager/Sales Manager (Initials J.V.) leaving detailed voice messages each time regarding the issue, and zero response. Zero The Issue was this. Brought my Wrangler with main issue being an electrical leak that was draining my battery overnight. Next day they told me that they checked, and there was no such leak. Okay. Good. I'm happy. $150 per hour, and I was charged $150. Okay, but at least my Wrangler works well again. But no. I came to pick up my Wrangler, and they went to the back to get it, and said it wouldn't start. I was immediately told that what it needed now was a new starter. (No one checked the battery to see if it had leaked, and if that was the problem). New starter, good. I'm a happy guy. But no. They said it still wouldn't start, so they now told me what I really needed is a new battery. (Apparently no one had checked the battery that was in there, and which I had already had checked at NAPA, and found to be quite good. ) Bill $848.00 I did not authorize the new battery, so they took it out, and replaced my old battery (which works to this day.) I had seen a YouTube post about finding electrical leaks on cars, so I told them to use that method. With the YouTube method, this time they found the leak. Thank you, YouTube. But only after losing my Jeep for 6 days, being misdiagnosed repeatedly, and in my view, way way way overcharged for so little. Obviously I won't be going back. And, I'd like a 50% refund. Beware of this outfit, everyone. PG But thank you again to Youtube.

Terrible service, went in for an inspection and after watching them tell the 5 people infront of me…read morethey needed 800$+ worth of work each, they told my I needed my brakes done (which I just had done last year) and would not pass inspection. This may be fine but then they charged me for an inspection they didn't do, as well as telling me they had to "put the car back together", I wasn't born yesterday, inspections are done via machine, so not sure what was taken apart. Mostly dissatisfied with being charged for a service they didn't complete. Will NOT be using this location any longer. I woulda been happy with a smaller service fee for their time, I'm not unreasonable, but my car also does not need the brakes redone yet either, just saying... watch out for these people they will try to charge you for anything!
