The tools can be kept up to 48 hours before having to bring them back. The workers here are very knowledgeable and friendly yet very customer service oriented.

We called them Monday afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment for first thing Tuesday morning. They called us mid-day Tuesday with the prognosis and gave us a high and low estimate before tearing into the system. We gave them the go-ahead.
